The Road Trip of Palliation continues after s slight hiatus. Off I go to Bourbon Street to learn to be the best in the Nation at providing Nursing Interventions for Caring for Healthcare Elders.
I thought I put the blog to rest, but it's awake now.
Here is a story. CV was late 40s with head and neck and lung and diabetes and dirt poor and she was the caregiver of her MR daughter and her heart failure cousin JC who were just scraping by on nothing at all.
CV is separated from JR. Who has an elderly mother, KR, who is nearly 100 and mute.
KR's son is married to CV. His name is JR.
Now JC is in the hospital because his cousin who died was CV. He doesn't have anyone to care for him anymore. Identifiers have been removed.
